While working on a renovation project in a NoMad prewar building, we were approached by our client’s neighbors who owned the ground floor duplex. They were impressed by our team’s professionalism during the renovation and reached out to discuss their project goals.

The original space consisted of a doctor’s office on the ground floor with street access and two apartments on the second floor. The combined spaces result in the feeling of a townhouse. The final design reflects our client’s love for the original prewar details combined with industrial/modern elements and passion for bold art and photography.
