Your decision to renovate your condo, co-op or townhouse could require obtaining multiple approvals before construction can begin. We’re familiar with many buildings in NYC and their boards & management agencies. We manage the paperwork and approval process.
We’re licensed in New York State to file architectural plans with the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB). If you happen to live in a building protected by the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) and the scope of work warrants it, we’ll also prepare drawings and obtain the required approval from LPC.
The approval process in NYC can seem daunting, but once you’ve approved the final design and budget, we’ll take it from there to prepare the drawings, paperwork and follow the process through until we have permits to begin your renovation.
